零部件The HK1000 SRM is designed to address today’s lighter pallet or bin storage applications. With the capability to handle up to 1,000 pounds, the HK1000 provides buffering, staging, and transportation of pallets and containers. The HK1000 in conjunction with a free standing rack system maximizes the floor to ceiling space in your facility. The HK1000 has been designed for continual operation. All serviceable components are accessible from floor level to reduce maintenance time. The bearings and gear boxes are filled with synthetic lubricants for a maintenance free operation. The power rail is mounted near the floor for ease of inspection. The HK 1000 can be equipped with multiple shuttles to provide greater throughput.
The HK1000 with a corresponding rack structure is flexible enough to be used for a variety of automated processes within your facility. On a production floor, the HK1000 becomes a Use Point Manager, delivering material to a variety of workstations for assembly of components.
When associated with horizontal transportation equipment (conveyor, automated guided vehicles, automated electrified monorail), the HK1000 provides work-in-process (WIP) staging or buffering between processing operations.
