Today's introduction: The People behind FAAM~Wei Chao

2019年，衛(wèi)超加入FAAM大家庭，最初在質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)部工作，由于自身工作出色，于2020年被調(diào)到技術(shù)部門，主要負(fù)責(zé)防爆電池的設(shè)計(jì)及圖紙確認(rèn)，并為客戶提供技術(shù)支持。

衛(wèi)超并沒(méi)有就此停滯不前，他不斷學(xué)習(xí)，提升自我，2022年，公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決定讓衛(wèi)超兼任EHS（公司環(huán)境，健康，安全管理)，負(fù)責(zé)公司的環(huán)境管理及安全生產(chǎn)等。

In 2019, Wei Chao joined theFAAMfamily, initially working in the Quality Inspection Department, due to his excellent work, he was transferred to the technical department in 2020, mainly responsible for the design and drawing confirmation ofexplosion-proof batteries, and provide technical support to customers. 

Wei Chao did not stop there, he continued to learn and improve himself, in 2022, FAAM China decided to let Wei Chao concurrentlyEHS(environment, health, safety management), responsible for the environmental management and safety production of company.

工作中的衛(wèi)超認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，生活中的衛(wèi)超熱情開(kāi)朗，待人真誠(chéng)，空余時(shí)間喜歡參與各種運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目，減輕壓力的同時(shí)，也能增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)。

Wei Chao isserious and responsiblein work,warm and cheerfulin life, he treats people sincerely, and likes to participate in varioussportsin spare time, which can reduce pressure and enhance physical fitness.

衛(wèi)超表示，進(jìn)入FAAM中國(guó)對(duì)他來(lái)說(shuō)是一個(gè)良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇，也是一個(gè)很好的鍛煉和提升自己各方面能力的機(jī)會(huì)。人生沒(méi)有辦法左右生命的長(zhǎng)度，但可以拓展生命的寬度，他希望從生活和工作中不斷提高并完善自己，和FAAM中國(guó)一起奔赴未來(lái)，共創(chuàng)輝煌。
