九月伊始，億邁齒輪（太倉）有限公司迎來了新一屆的學(xué)徒，也就是最新的2025G學(xué)徒。

At the beginning of September, IMS Gear (Taicang) Co., Ltd. welcomed its newest cohort of apprentices—the 2025G apprentices. 

為正式迎接他們，2025年8月29日下午，在億邁齒輪（太倉）有限公司一廠舉行了2025級(jí)工業(yè)機(jī)械工學(xué)徒的簽約儀式，與新一屆學(xué)徒們簽訂《學(xué)徒培訓(xùn)協(xié)議》，恭喜他們即將正式開啟為期3年的學(xué)徒生涯。

To formally welcome them, an apprenticeship signing ceremony for the 2025 Industrial Mechanical Engineering apprentices was held on the afternoon of August 29, 2025, at IMS Gear (Taicang) Co., Ltd. Plant 1. 

The company signed Apprenticeship Training Agreements with the new apprentices, congratulating them on officially embarking on their three-year apprenticeship journey.

簽約儀式上，億邁齒輪副總裁蔡宇先生進(jìn)行了發(fā)言，對學(xué)徒們的加入表示熱烈歡迎。

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Rain Cai, Vice President of IMS Gear, delivered a speech extending a warm welcome to the new apprentices.

人力資源業(yè)務(wù)伙伴魏永軍和學(xué)徒中心經(jīng)理馬介宏對協(xié)議內(nèi)容、學(xué)徒手冊和培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃分別進(jìn)行了解讀和答疑。

Subsequently, Human Resources Business Partner Strong Wei and Apprenticeship Centre Manager Jame Ma provided interpretations and addressed queries regarding the agreement's contents, the apprenticeship handbook, and the training programme respectively.

接著蘇州健雄職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院黨總支副書記吳成炎進(jìn)行致辭和寄言，也祝賀這些新學(xué)徒的加入。

Wu Chengyan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at Suzhou Chien-Shiung Vocational Institute of Technology, delivered a speech of encouragement, extending congratulations to the new apprentices on their induction.

最后，億邁齒輪執(zhí)行副總裁Zoltan Nemeth 先生和學(xué)徒們進(jìn)行了簽約， 億邁齒輪副總裁蔡宇先生也親手為每位學(xué)徒頒發(fā)學(xué)徒服。

Lastly, Mr. Zoltan Nemeth, Executive Vice President of IMS Gear, signed contracts with the apprentices, while Mr. Rain Cai, Vice President of IMS Gear, personally presented each apprentice with their work uniform.
