Q:你覺得今天的發(fā)布會怎么樣?
A:我對這次精心組織的活動印象深刻。所以首先我要感謝團隊的所有努力,我很自豪我是團隊中的一員。
I'm deeply impressed for the well organized event.So firstly I like appreciate all the efforts of the team,and I'm very proud of that I'm a part of the team.

I'm very happy and I'm expecting for the very promised future in the market.And I'm happy to know that Noblelift is all ears to what the market needs. Q:你和諾力合作有多長時間了?與諾力合作的這段經歷給你帶來了怎樣的感受?
A:這可真是相當長的時間。我想我得追溯到2005年第一次來這里的時候。我對董事長丁毅印象深刻,他是一個滿懷計劃且熱情洋溢的人。當時公司才剛剛開始建造三期廠房,專注電動車的生產,但基本仍在生產倉儲車,而我當時正尋找的是叉車。但他的熱情和遠見深深打動了我,我選擇相信他,如今的發(fā)展也印證了這一點。當初那些飽含熱忱的承諾如今都已經一一兌現(xiàn)。我也堅信,它未來的發(fā)展必將愈發(fā)壯大,我很高興做了一個正確的選擇!
That's quite a long time.I think I need to go back to 2005 that I was the first time here .I was impressed by George the owner .He was full of plans very enthusiastic.And at that time you was just starting to build plant number three with the electric forklift trucks .But basically still producing the warehouse trucks ,I was looking for forklift trucks.But I was really impressed about his enthusiasm and everything and I believed him and you can see it nowadays.So all his enthusiastic words they came true and I have no doubt that it will be bigger and bigger in the future as well.So I'm very happy for this choice!
Q:和諾力合作這么久,你最看重的一點是什么?
A:有好幾個原因:首先諾力是一個大家庭,當你來到這里會感到賓至如歸,沒有隔閡沒有拘束,人們非常友好。我也來自這樣的企業(yè),我喜歡那種感覺;另一個關鍵點在于他們重視經銷商的意見。我們提供大量反饋時,他們會認真傾聽并快速改進產品。諾力對我們的需求響應速度極快,這種高效互動正是合作關系的核心——雙方需要相互傾聽,合作需要雙方共同努力。
There are several items.First of all it's kind of a family business ,When you come here you feel coming home ,There are no boundaries no nothing people are very friendly ,So I come from a family business,I like that kind of feeling;Another point which is very important is that they listen also to the dealers.Because we have also a lot of feedback and everything ,They really take that to the heart and develop the products very fast ,So the reaction time on what we asked from Noblelift.The reaction time is very fast and that's very important that's kind of partnership ,you need to listen to each other it takes two to tango right.
Q:你覺得今天推出的這些新產品怎么樣?
A:整個產品線都按照優(yōu)先級別來開發(fā),從小噸位到10t電動叉車 一應俱全。我對這款產品一見傾心,無論是設計還是整體表現(xiàn)都深得我心。市場對此有真實需求,這點至關重要。此外我們還有其他更新。我雖不涉足該領域,但那些高空作業(yè)平臺等設備——盡管不是我的主業(yè)范疇,但我也注意到它們也進行了升級。這正是諾力的特色:他們持續(xù)推陳出新,不斷優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有產品,使其日益精進。同諾共力 加成未來!
There was a whole priority,It goes from counterbalance trucks electric ones up to 10 ton.I love the product ,I saw it and I was really love on the design and everything.There's a need for it so that's very important,And for the rest we have some updates.I'm not in that business,But it's those scissor lifts and everything,It's not my business but I saw there was also an update,but that's typically Noblelift. I mean they're always updating new things,So it's not bringing a new model.but it's also working on the existing models update it and make it better and better.Working together for a shared future!

Q:你覺得今天推出的這些新產品怎么樣?
A:我覺得今天的活動非常有啟發(fā),同樣非常有趣。今天我們主要完成兩件關鍵的事,對我們的合作伙伴而言極具價值。第一我們擴充產品系列,如今我們幾乎已擁有全系列的產品,而這件事也讓我們更接近既定目標,成為少數幾家內部物流領域的標桿企業(yè)之一一站式內部物流供應商;第二是我們的產品,進行針對性設計始終著眼于解決客戶的實際問題,為此 我認為通過我們的解決方案,很多顧客將從中受益;我想談的第二點,是我們不僅注重產品設計,我們同樣注重售后服務,如你在活動中所見,我們已展示7×24小時人工智能支持服務,因此客戶現(xiàn)在能夠隨時獲得所需的支持。我們還研發(fā)一套遠程信息處理系統(tǒng),客戶可以通過該系統(tǒng)更好地了解其整體運營情況,同時這也能為經銷商提供支持,更好地管理他們的租賃車隊??偟膩碚f 我認為今天整個諾力團隊的表現(xiàn)十分出色,不僅組織這么好的活動,而且為今天所有與我們同行的合作伙伴及經銷商帶來諸多寶貴的價值與益處。
I think today's event is very insightful,and also very interesting.There are two key things that we have done today that valuable to our partners.Number one is that we have expanded our product range,Now we almost have the full range of products which lead us closer to the goal to become one of the few intralogistic .one stop intralogistic supplier.Number two is that our product has been designed with an eye on solving customers' problems,And for that I think with our solutions,a lot of customer will be benefit for it ;The second thing I would like to address is that not only we focus on the product design,We also focus on the after-sale service. As you can see in the event,we have presented about AI support 24/7 ,So now the customer can get the support anytime they need it.And we also developed a telematics system where the customer can have a better look at their overall operation .Also it helps the dealer to better manage their rental fleet In general I think that today we have done a very good job the whole Noblelift team.Not only about organizing such a good event,But also about we bringing a lot of valuable benefits ,for all of the partners and dealers coming with us today .
Q:你認為這些新產品將如何助力你們的市場拓展?
A:對于我負責的越南市場而言,憑借我們的電動叉車,諾力在當地已享有極高知名度。如今我們已推出多款搭載諸多全新功能的新型號產品,我認為它非常適合市場需求,在品牌知名度方面、在美譽方面有競爭力。我們在越南設立子公司,可以向客戶及經銷商展示這些新機型與新功能,為他們提供全方位支持。我們向客戶展示我們對該市場秉持著堅定的承諾,我認為這就是客戶所需要的,同諾共力 加成未來!
For my market Vietnam,Noblelift has been very famous for our electric forklift and now with a lot of new models with a lot of new features. I think it would fit in the market very well .And also we are very competitive in the market in terms of brand awareness in terms of reputation.And with our subsidiary in Vietnam on the ground,so we showed it to the customer and the dealers ,they always have our support .We show to the customer ,we have the big commitment to the market and I think that's all the customer needs.Working together for a shared future!

Our partnership with this company began in 2006 and has now spanned nearly 19 years. Throughout this period, Noblelift has experienced continuous growth. When we first met, it was a small company specializing in hydraulic equipment, producing manual pallet trucks and hand pallet jacks. Today, after 19 years, we see it has evolved into a globally renowned manufacturer with significant influence within the industry. Our relationship with Noblelift goes beyond a simple “goods-for-money” transaction; it's more like a partnership, even a friendship. This means that whenever we encounter any difficulties, Noblelift extends a helping hand. As a result, we've maintained a very close cooperative relationship over the years, and we're extremely satisfied with it. In fact, some of these products were developed by the factory at our own request, so we've been eagerly anticipating them and look forward to recommending them to our customers. We've waited a long time for certain models, like the new OPH12 order picker.
