4月23日，全球生產(chǎn)學院GPA項目學員蒞臨億邁齒輪（太倉）有限公司，開展第二次現(xiàn)場研討會。

本次研討會由Johannes Drescher先生和王軼陽先生全程統(tǒng)籌組織，為整場交流活動的有序開展搭建了高效溝通平臺?；顒右潦迹瑑|邁齒輪太倉副總裁蔡宇先生簡要介紹了公司業(yè)務布局、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，以及一站式傳動解決方案、全鏈條技術能力與雙元制人才培養(yǎng)體系，展現(xiàn)百年德企深耕行業(yè)的精益管理理念與工匠精神。

On April 23, participants of GPA (Global Production Academy) visited IMS Gear (Taicang) Co., Ltd. for their second on-site Workshop.

This Workshop was fully organized and coordinated by Johannes Drescher and John Wang, who built an efficient communication platform to ensure the orderly progress of the entire exchange event. At the beginning of the event, Mr. Rain Cai, Vice President of IMS Gear China, briefly introduced the company's business layout, development strategy, one-stop transmission solutions, full-chain technical capabilities and the apprenticeship training system, demonstrating the lean management philosophy and craftsmanship spirit of a century-old German enterprise deeply rooted in the industry.

隨后，Ilayda Tokoglu為在場參訪者詳細講解并展示了自主研發(fā)的AI銷售預測系統(tǒng)，通過實操演示與案例解析，全方位呈現(xiàn)數(shù)字化技術在企業(yè)日常運營、業(yè)務決策中的創(chuàng)新應用與實踐成果，讓大家直觀感受智能制造浪潮下企業(yè)的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型突破。

Subsequently, Ilayda Tokoglu delivered a detailed introduction and demonstration of the independently developed AI sales forecasting system to all partcipants. Through practical operation demonstrations and case analyses, she comprehensively presented the innovative application and practical achievements of digital technologies in the company's daily operations and business decision-making, enabling everyone to directly experience the digital transformation breakthroughs of the enterprise amid the wave of intelligent manufacturing.

在實地參觀環(huán)節(jié)，由Johannes Drescher帶領參訪者依次走進雙元制學徒培訓中心、生產(chǎn)加工現(xiàn)場及汽車座椅事業(yè)部車間。全程細致講解廠區(qū)生產(chǎn)布局、生產(chǎn)工藝流程，讓參訪者近距離觀摩高精度零部件加工全過程，沉浸式體驗歐洲標準下的精細化生產(chǎn)管理模式。

During the on-site visit, Johannes Drescher led the partcipants to visit the apprentice training center, production and processing site, and automotive seat business unit in sequence. He gave a thorough explanation of the factory's production layout and processing procedures throughout the tour, allowing visitors to closely observe the entire processing process of high-precision components, immerse themselves in the refined production management model in line with European standards, and experience the stringent quality control.

下午，圍繞銷售與運營協(xié)同（S&OP）主題，雙方展開深度研討。參訪者在實戰(zhàn)案例與互動交流中，系統(tǒng)學習運營協(xié)同方法論，碰撞產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展新思路。

In the afternoon, both parties conducted in-depth discussions on the theme of Sales and Operations Collaboration (S&OP). Through practical cases and interactive communication, the partcipants systematically learn the methodology of operational collaboration and collide with new ideas for industrial development.
